Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Aixra platform (part of Aljhaz Business Services Group), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to any part, please do not use the service.

2. Service Description

Aixra provides two main services:

• Smart Consultant: an AI-powered chatbot for websites
• Smart WhatsApp Agent: automated replies for WhatsApp Business messages

3. Account and Registration

• You must be 18 years of age or older
• You must provide accurate and truthful information
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account in case of violation of these terms

4. Acceptable Use

The following uses of our services are prohibited:

• Sending spam or unsolicited messages
• Promoting content that violates Islamic Sharia or Saudi regulations
• Fraud or deception of users
• Infringement of others' intellectual property rights
• Attempting to hack the platform or use it in unauthorized ways
• Reselling the service without our prior permission
• Using the service to collect personal data without consent

5. Subscriptions and Payment

• The subscription is monthly and renews automatically until canceled
• All prices are in Saudi Riyals and exclude VAT (added at billing)
• Payments are processed through the secure Paylink gateway
• We reserve the right to modify prices with 30 days prior notice
• Non-payment results in immediate service suspension

6. Usage Limits

Each plan includes specific limits (number of sessions, WhatsApp messages). When the limit is exceeded:

• The service stops automatically until the subscription is renewed or upgraded
• The difference cannot be refunded if you do not use the full limit

7. Intellectual Property

• Aixra platform: all rights reserved to us (code, design, logo, content)
• Client content: remains yours (prompt, knowledge base, conversations)
• You grant us a non-exclusive license to use your content solely to provide the service

8. Third-Party Services

We rely on external services to operate the platform, including:

• OpenAI - for AI processing
• Ultramsg - for WhatsApp connectivity
• Paylink - for payment processing

Any interruption in these external services may temporarily affect our services.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

• The service is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties
• We do not guarantee that AI will respond with 100% accuracy in all cases
• You are responsible for reviewing agent responses and ensuring their alignment with your business
• We are not liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of the service
• Our maximum liability is equal to the value of your last subscription payment

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against any legal claims or losses arising from:

• Your violation of these terms
• Content you enter into the platform that violates regulations
• Your use of the service in unauthorized ways

11. Service Termination

• You have the right to cancel your subscription at any time from the dashboard
• We have the right to terminate your account immediately upon serious violation of the terms
• Upon termination, paid amounts are not refunded (except per refund policy)

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute shall be resolved before the competent courts in the Kingdom.

13. Amendments

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes through a platform notice 30 days before they take effect.
